When precision spooling is a particular requirement,
we have available a range of Electro-mechanical Traversing
Spool take-ups with various optional electrical drive
systems including Servo Control for exact positioning
and repeatability.
When the quality of lay is less critical, our range
of economical general purpose traversing wire guide
spoolers is an ideal solution.
Our
spooler range is extremely wide, making it possible to
offer equipment to spool from 5 lbs. (2.2kgs) to 5000
lbs. (2,270kgs.).
The flexibility of design and construction offers our
customers a wide variety of spooling concepts from a single
unit to follow existing machinery to a multi-head version
for use with annealing or slitting equipment.
Whenever the need arises, we specialize in the design
